Dubai..... Heat too hot to handle

Wow it's a bit much to take walking in the Dubai heat... It's 48 outside and at 5 40am it was 33. Coming from 2 degrees and a few minus temperature my body is hot ... (Well it was anyway lol haha)

So it's a cold ice water a very large bottle and inside air conditioning for me...

We went to the spice souk, gold souk and omg what choices.... Didn't get anything except 2silk scarves and 3 postcards... Now to have a sleep and recover from the 17 hours in the plane..

Guess where I am off too....

Hi bloggers,  I have been keeping a secret...  My DH and I are off to romantic and adventurous destinations now....  A fabulous overseas trip for me just getting soo excited....Dubai, Barcelona, Italy, Turkey, London (Birmingham Quilt festival  yeah...), Paris 
I hope to post some photos if I can manage and find internet.  I have been getting a project ready for taking with me something easy to carry but something that has been on the list to do...

Cadbury Chocolate Cafe

After such a busy weekend in Te Anau, I cannot believe its Friday and another week past and the school holidays are upon us.  But I went to Dunedin today with a friend and shopped for shoes had chocolate coffee at the new Cadbury Chocolate café.  It was delicious and I should have really been at home doing housework and getting organised for a project day tomorrow, but alas its a new day tomorrow and I had a great day out...I had Caramello Mocha just divine
